TownSteel Warranty
TownSteel warrants that all its products are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service from the date of purchase for the original end-user of the product:
Grade 1 Mechanical Product: Locks & Door Closers
Limited 10 Year Warranty
Grade 1 Mechanical Product: Door Closers
Limited 25 Year Warranty
Grade 2 Mechanical Product: Locks, Door Closers, Exit Devices
Limited 5 Year Warranty
Other Hardware
Limited 5 Year Warranty
Electrical / Electronic Product
Limited 2 Year Warranty
TownSteel will, at its option, repair or replace defective products, provided said products are returned to TownSteel Inc., 17901 Railroad St, City of Industry, CA 91748, freight prepaid, accompanied by the RMA documents.
We are not responsible for defects or damage which occur from improper installation, maintenance, and storage, shipping and handling, ordinary wear and tear, damage from corrosives, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service, work done by others, consequential damages, or use of TownSteel products with unauthorized non-TownSteel parts. This provision does not cover the labor cost, shipping, and freight expenses required to return the product to TownSteel.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. TownSteel shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. No agent, sales representative, or dealer has the authority to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
