Dr William Stout

Dr. William Stout is the Chief of Operations for Sinton Independent School District (ISD), bringing over 15 years of dedicated service in education. Throughout his career, he has operated in multiple roles, including teacher, coach, athletic director, and head football coach. Dr. Stout’s experience and leadership in both academics and athletics contribute significantly to Sinton ISD’s operational success.

Meet your host: Brandon Faber

Brandon Faber

Brandon Faber is a Business Development Manager for TownSteel and uses his background to create meaningful change, actively connecting with school safety organizations to build partnerships and leverage TownSteel’s capabilities in support. Furthermore, Brandon will engage with educational institutions across the nation to focus on awareness and action to help promote school safety.

His training to assess threats and identify potential risks will inform the development of security strategies for schools to anticipate and mitigate potential threats. His expertise in crisis management will also help design emergency response plans for schools, including protocols for lockdowns, evacuations, and coordination with first responders.
