Meet your guest: Ty Morrow
Ty Morrow is the Director of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management of Brazosport ISD. Ty has dedicated forty plus years to public service with thirty-six of those years spent as a law enforcement official, including the role of Chief of Police in two different cities. He has worked with varying law enforcement agencies, both nationally and internationally. He is certified in various training aspects of law enforcement, security, police facility design and renovations, strategic planning and tactics, and civil disturbance operations.
Meet your host: Brandon Faber
Brandon Faber is a Business Development Manager for TownSteel and uses his background to create meaningful change, actively connecting with school safety organizations to build partnerships and leverage TownSteel’s capabilities in support. Furthermore, Brandon will engage with educational institutions across the nation to focus on awareness and action to help promote school safety.
His training to assess threats and identify potential risks will inform the development of security strategies for schools to anticipate and mitigate potential threats. His expertise in crisis management will also help design emergency response plans for schools, including protocols for lockdowns, evacuations, and coordination with first responders.
