XMRX-E-K-303, Motorized
The XMRX-E-K-303 is an ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Grade 1 Certified motorized mortise lockset featuring a ligature-resistant knob trim with an escutcheon. Designed for behavioral, mental, and psychiatric healthcare facilities, it operates on 12-24VDC and is field-adjustable for Fail-Safe or Fail-Secure configurations. Additionally, it offers four optional status sensors: RQE, PRIV, DAJ, and MKO.
