TownSteel’s MSS heavy duty mortise lock with sectional trim is ANSI Grade 1 certified and UL 3-hr listed. The mortise chassis and trim are designed for commercial applications where strength and durability are essential. There are a wide variety of rose and lever designs, along with multiple functions and finishes that help meet the needs of your project.

2. TownSteel can accommodate most manufacturer’s mortise cylinders or housings. We ask that a sample of your cylinder be sent to us to evaluate and ensure we supply the correct cylinder collar and TownSteel cam necessary to operate the lock correctly.
