TownSteel TDC 70 Series closers are designed for medium-duty applications, well suited for hospitals, storefronts, business offices, and cafes that require both appearance and reliability on closers. The TDC 70 Series closers with slimline design bring ANSI grade 1 superior performance and ensure flexible installation and ADA compliance.
Available in Regular arm, Hold-Open arm, CUSH arm, Hold-Open CUSH arm, and Slide Tracking arm.

- Tri-Style installation: includes hardware and brackets to allow for regular, top jamb, and parallel arm installation
- Screw pack for metal and wood doors installation, includes sleeve nuts and bolts, self-drilling screws, wood and machine screws
- Available in Aluminum, Duro, and Black finish or special finish upon request
