TownSteel TDC 53 Series closers are designed for light-duty applications. They are constructed of aluminum alloy and the size is fixed at size 3.

- Tri-Style installation: includes hardware and brackets to allow for regular, top jamb, and parallel arm installation
- Screw pack for metal and wood doors installation, includes sleeve nuts and bolts, self-drilling screws, wood and machine screws
- Available in Aluminum, Duro or special finish upon request
